I used this product only once.
The day after I got it I bumped it and it tipped over, rolled off the counter, and the thermos shattered:( Too bad it tipped over so easy because it looked great, kept the liquid hot, and poured great (at least for the only time I got to use it.)


Keeps things hot or cold for a long time. We are very pleased with this classy looking carafe.


We ordered this carafe to keep tea hot on the kitchen table and it does (I have to remember not to drink right after I pour or it's too hot)! It makes weird noises sometimes but you just have to open the spout for a second to let some steam off - part of its charm, I suppose. Great product!
